Customer Care Manager.

Customer Care Manager | Stuttgart | English & French or Italian or German | 1-2 stage process | €45k-€65k

I am working with a very well know ecommerce business based in Stuttgart who need multiple Customer Care Managers to join their team.

I need someone who has experience within technical customer care, used to working within construction, plumbing, electrician or windows etc. Even if you have no experience within customer care but are looking for an office job with relevant hands on experience this could be for you!

It is a 1 or 2 stage interviewe process, mostly on-site in Stuttgart, 40 hour contracts and they can offer a salary of €45,000-€65,000 per annum.

I need someone who speaks:

• English and
• German OR
• French OR
• Italian OR
• Spanish
• They have several customer regions to flexible language wise

The Role:

• Provide a quality telephone and written reception by providing effective and precise answers within a controlled time frame
• Familiarise the customer with the use of our online configurators
• Be able to redirect the customer to products that meet their expectations
• Being able to anticipate your needs according to your situation
• Strong communication and language skills
• Logistics management
