My client is creating the world's leading Business Visa and Document Procurement company. Their mission is to leverage world class talent, technology, and knowledge to provide clients with the industry's leading travel document management program. They work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and forward-thinking environment and their team is as passionate about customer service as they are knowledgeable and driven.

As a CRM Consultant at you will be responsible for managing client-facing data within the platform, ensuring its availability to downstream processes and applications. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and a thorough comprehension of data flow in business processes.

A significant aspect of this role is to drive changes in MS CRM through xml and create documents using ActivePDF and DocumentCorePack. Having prior experience with these tools would be an advantage, but a strong aptitude for data handling and technical implementation is essential even if the experience is lacking.

The Role:

  • Collaborating closely with research team to convert visa process and requirement modifications into concrete system changes.
  • Performing data mapping of web-based government portals or visa forms, conducting gap analysis, and supplying configuration details for modifications and future advancements.
  • Consolidating business requirements and producing technical documents that other teams can use.
  • Operating within MS CRM and facilitating system changes resulting from in-depth data analysis.
  • Anticipating changes and ensuring that workflows, processes, and internal repositories are aligned with business requirements.
  • Understanding business needs and communicating between departments.
  • Taking part in user acceptance testing with teams for process implementation.
  • Setting metrics for system utilization and providing feedback to the business.
  • Actively participating in the review and improvement of workflows and processes.

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has in-depth working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Has familiarity with MS CRM and ActivePDF.
  • Has experience in data mapping.
  • Has the ability to analyze large sets of data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Can quickly understand processes and identify potential RPA solutions.
  • Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has a strong attention to detail and is organized in structuring detailed requirements documentation.
  • Is comfortable working with remote teams in a virtual environment.

They are offering a competitive salary of up to £35K depending on experience plus benefits. This is a Hybrid role based in their Sheffield office asking you to go into the office 3 days a week.
