We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology department and drive innovation across the organization. The CTO will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's technology strategy to support the business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes and operations, and lead the implementation of those initiatives.
• Build and manage a high-performing technology team, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and resources to meet their goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify technology needs, provide guidance and support, and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the company.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners, ensuring that the company receives the best value and service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and emerging technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
• Experience in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
