CEO (Fintech).

CEO | Munich | Hybrid Working | M&A/Fintech/Fund Experience | €150-€220k variables & Shares

I am working with a client who need to replace their current CEO who is looking to move into retirement. You would be considered CO-CEO for the first 3-6 months and once your feet are 'under the table' you will take ownership as a CEO.

I am looking for a CEO who wants to drive innovation, change, is full of ideas to take the business to the next level.

Experience:

• Vast experience working in similar roles
• Experience of creating success and growth within a company
• Proven success as a CEO
• Interested in change & transformation
• Experience within a start up/scale up type businesses
• Taken businesses through major growth
• Experience within the Fintech or M&A or Funds
• Entrepreneurial background and personality
• B2B Experience

The CEO:

• Fluent German & English speaking
• Based in Munich or willing to move to Munich
• Hybrid working 2-4 days a week in the office
• Entrepreneurial and start up background
• Wants to be innovative and challenge current processes

As mentioned above, I need someone who is based in Munich, can speak both German & English and has a strong Finance/Fintech/M&A background.

The salary/package on offer can be flexible based on the individual. As it stands they are looking at offering a base salary of €150,000-220,000 variables & share options.
