I have an exclusive partnership with an exciting startup in the Energy infrastructure industry. To drive the next wave of innovation, they're seeking 2 Python Backend Developers to join their exciting team.

This role is perfect for an independent Python Developer who thrives without micro-management and embraces creative thinking. Reporting to the Head of Development while collaborating within the team, you'll play a crucial role in evolving the product.

While the company values positive communication and teamwork, they also welcome candidates from Munich or those open to relocating. This role encourages working on-site.

Offering a salary of €60,000 - €70,000 plus benefits, this opportunity allows you to join a company that's set to expand significantly this year.

Role & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of Python Development experience
• Proficiency in both German and English is mandatory
• Previous involvement in backend aspects of new product launches
• Strong grasp of object-oriented development
• Proficient in documenting full software development processes
• Knowledge of energy systems is advantageous, but not required
• Extensive expertise in Python programming
• Analytical skills for usage and performance assessment
• Dedicated to enhancing product engagement and customer satisfaction
