AI Product Manager | Remote (Germany) | 3/4 Stage Process | €80K - €100K per Annum

I am currently partnered with the fastest-growing SaaS and Engineering-focused scale-ups in Germany, and I am looking for talented AI Product Managers to join a team of high performing individuals to make meaningful business impact.

It is pivotal you have experience working at SAAS businesses on Engineering focussed teams/projects as this domain relevant experience is vital for the role.

Your Role: As the AI Product Manager, your role is to revolutionize the way small businesses manage their finances by leading the development of AI-powered accounting solutions. Collaborating closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Design counterparts, you will define the strategy and roadmap for AI/ML integration, ensuring that our solutions not only meet user needs but also align with company goals and stakeholder expectations. Your focus will be on using the potential of AI/ML to create innovative, user-centric solutions that genuinely solve user problems, rather than chasing the latest tech trends.

Your Impact:

• Define Product Strategy: Clearly define and align the AI-powered accounting product strategy and roadmap with company goals.
• Optimize Workflows: Streamline cross-functional team processes between data scientists, engineers, and designers for efficient product delivery.
• Drive Innovation: Initiate the development of AI products that address real user needs and represent key opportunities in the field of AI.
• Ensure User-Centricity: Conduct UX research to ensure that solutions are not only functional but also innovative and user-friendly.
• Measure Success: Set clear success metrics focused on user satisfaction and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and Guide: Mentor PMs and Engineering teams on AI integration, simplifying complex concepts to effectively articulate product value to stakeholders and customers.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years of professional experience in Product Management, including 2 years with Data Science, AI, and ML Engineering teams.
• Track Record: Proven track record in bringing products to market in cross-functional teams, with a focus on customer needs and market fit.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient understanding of AI/ML and user-focused design.
• Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with experience in developing and executing product strategies that achieve business outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Language Fluency: Fluent in German and English (C1 level) and live in Germany.
