Role: Lead React Native Developer

Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in developing and maintaining our mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO to shape the technical direction of our projects.
- Implement and optimize user interfaces across a range of devices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Mobile Developer or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with React Native
- Experience with Angular not essential but helpful
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus but not required.
