As they continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Lead Frontend Developer to join the team and take some weight off our CTO's shoulders.

Role: Lead Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in developing and maintaining our frontend applications.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO to shape the technical direction of our projects.
- Implement and optimize user interfaces across a range of devices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Frontend Developer or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus but not required.
