Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cloud infrastructures using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will play a critical role in enhancing our infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment processes, and maintaining high system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructures using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- CI/CD Pipeline: Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software releases.
- Monitoring and Logging: Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of our applications and services.
- Automation: Automate system configuration and management tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Security: Implement and manage security best practices to protect our infrastructure and data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to provide support and guidance on infrastructure-related matters.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Scripting and Automation: Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or similar.
- CI/CD Tools: Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent.
- Security: Knowledge of cloud security best practices and tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Language: Proficiency in German (minimum B1 level).
