Position Title: Technical Support Specialist
Field of Activity: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering first-level support to our clients esteemed clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass providing customer-oriented assistance via our service hotline, meticulously recording and documenting customer complaints, and independently prioritizing customer concerns to ensure swift resolution. You will be entrusted with planning service calls and providing cross-departmental support, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across various teams. This will have a key focus on Hardware and Mechatronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering customer-oriented support via the service hotline, ensuring prompt resolution of technical queries and issues.
- Thoroughly recording and documenting customer complaints, maintaining meticulous records for future reference and analysis.
- Independently prioritizing customer concerns based on urgency and severity, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for timely resolution.
- Planning and coordinating service calls, optimizing scheduling to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Providing cross-departmental support, fostering effective communication and collaboration to address complex technical challenges.
Requirements:
- Technical training, with preference given to candidates holding a master's or state-certified technician qualification in the field of mechatronics or electrical engineering.
- Demonstrable specialist experience in customer service, particularly within the realm of plant engineering, is highly advantageous.
- Possessing a strong technical expertise, with a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Exhibiting a high level of motivation and customer orientation, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support.
- Demonstrating a team-oriented approach, while also possessing the ability to work independently and with a structured methodology.
- Willingness to travel on a proportionate basis as required to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English, enabling clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external clients.
