Your Responsibilities:

- Managing, expanding, and maintaining both centralized and decentralized server and network systems.
- Designing, configuring, and overseeing IT infrastructure environments, primarily focusing on Microsoft solutions.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to applications, operating systems, and databases.
- Contributing to projects by defining target systems, participating in implementation, and ensuring project success across multiple locations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to install and maintain server, network, and firewall systems.
- Administering, maintaining, and monitoring backup infrastructure.
- Managing user access to IT systems and maintaining identity protocols.
- Documenting systems and troubleshooting processes.

Your Profile:

- A degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in IT support or system integration.
- A solution-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in technologies such as server/client computing and virtualization.
- Experience with Windows Server, VMware, CommVault, or VDI.
- Familiarity with server virtualization.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, independence, and intercultural competence.
- Fluency in German and English.
