Lead Software Engineer UI Components Team

We are working with a SaaS business who have had huge growth over the past couple of years, growing by over 150 heads in 2023 and they aren't slowing down in 2024!

They are looking for a new Lead Software Engineer to own a key project for them; the creation of a UI Component library which will be used by four other development teams in the business.

You will be hands on whilst leading projects such as new UI designs across their product which is used by over 55,000 customer including the likes of Sony, The BBC and more!

You will be leading a team of 2 and have tons of opportunity to make a real impact.

The key skill set/experience required for this Lead Software Engineer:

* Experience with recent versions of Angular

* Experience creating/owning bespoke component libraries ideally with storybook
* Experience driving change in UI/UX

Package:

* £75,000-£85,000
* This a remote role apart from quarterly meetings in Farnborough.
* Private Health Insurance.
* 25 days off bank holidays
* 5% pension
