For almost two decades, my client has been at the forefront of crafting sophisticated bespoke software tailored for the public sector and industry, leveraging technologies such as Java, JavaFX, Swing, and various Web frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and administration of Linux servers
• Configuration and management of LAN and WLAN
• Support and configuration
• Configuration and administration of ESXi
• Assistance in automating routine tasks
• Planning software updates and hardware maintenance
• Implementation of monitoring tools
• Management of backup/restore procedures

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Linux server administration
• Knowledge of virtualization, network technology, web services, and hosting
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (a plus)
• Experience in IT infrastructure setup and operation
• Familiarity with MikroTik/RouterOS
• Programming skills, particularly in Python and Bash
• Proficient in German and English
• Optional: Professional experience in development with Core Java
