Senior Python Engineer | Hybrid/Remote | Berlin | €70,000 - €80,000

I am working with a client based in Central Berlin who need a senior Python developer to join a growing team. This role offers flexible working options, an incredible team to work with and many other perks and benefits.

The Engineering team plays a pivotal role in the advancement of their digital learning platforms, enabling individuals to engage with programming, data science, and artificial intelligence content interactively through web browsers, fostering practical learning experiences.

In the position of Senior Python Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the evolution of their cutting-edge learning platform. This platform is built on a foundation of technologies such as React, NextJS, Python, and Django. Beyond our proprietary learning platform.

Your Profile

• You have 4 years experience in developing backend applications tailored for service-oriented system architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and Django is crucial
• Your background encompasses experience in crafting RESTful services, along with adeptness in API design and the formulation of API documentation
• You demonstrate a command over automated quality assurance tools, showcasing familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and an eagerness to participate in advancing our quality benchmarks.
• Your familiarity extends to Docker, cloud technologies (including Kubernetes), and the fundamental principles of DevOps
• You are a resident of Germany, possessing excellent communication skills in both German and English,allowing you to navigate adeptly within German-speaking teams (B2 German)

This role is accompanied by an excellent package - salary ranging between €70-€80,000 along with a host of other benefits including a flexible working model.
