Senior Backend Engineer.

Senior Node (Nest) Backend Developer | Remote | up to €85k | Education Technology

You will be joining a company helping educate thousands of students across Europe, leading the way in developing technology that supports education. This business has been hugely successful, and you will be revolutionising how education is delivered.

You will work alongside a team of cross-functional developers, developing existing projects as well as greenfield projects.

Backend Engineer Role & Responsibilities:

• Inception of projects all the way to completion - 360
• Backend implementation of complex educational software
• Build re-usable code and libraries for future use
• Collaborate with other key stakeholders
• Help improve the software engineering standards

Essential Skills:

• 4 years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node
• Experience with Nest is a must
• Experience with AWS is a big plus
• Strong English communication skills, German language skills is a plus
• Must be based in Germany

• Salary package in the region of 60.000 - 85.000 EUR dependent on experience
