Our client one of the most recognizable brands in the Fintech space are looking to build a new team in early 2022 to embark on a huge program of work to completely refresh and modernize their tech stack across an estate that is responsible for a huge amount of revenue every year. The business are investing hundreds of million pounds globally for this tech refresh project and this is a high profile project which is an opportunity for experienced Engineers looking for an exciting challenge, can earn their scars.
develop have been awarded this opportunity exclusively to help the client fill 4 x Lead .NET Engineers and a number of Mid-Senior Engineers.
The Lead role will be a split of 50/50 Hands on and Hands off and as the team have teams across the UK, global sites and some outsourced teams, the successful Lead Engineers must be comfortable leading large teams on a huge program of work, with stakeholders at the very top of the business.
As this is a tech modernization program the successful Engineers must be happy to work with some older tech but with the view that you will be moving the tech stack to the latest and greatest!
Tech Stack:
In return the client are offering a very competitive salary package (with flexibility to bring in the right talent), a personal performance based bonus of 15% which is expected to increase to 22% in 2 years, 10% pension, amazing share options, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and loads more!
They are flexible with remote working options but would ideally like candidates to be able to visit a site in either London, Midlands or Scotland but if this is not possible this can be discussed during interview process.
