Senior .NET Software Engineer- Remote (occasional trips to office in Surrey)- Up to £90k

Our client a household name in the automotive space are looking for a Senior .NET Engineer to join their team after an internal promotion last week.

The client have a really exciting road map ahead working on business critical systems and projects include;

• Azure Upgrades- all new projects are cloud native
• Complete rewrite of a billing and payments systems
• Huge integration's with 3rd party clients

This is a role for someone who is very experienced in the Microsoft stack and with Azure solutions, it does require someone that can hit the ground running with the following technologies;

• Technologies: C#, XML, JSON, .Net, SQL, Javascript, SQL Server, Selenium, SpecFlow
• WebAPI and RESTful web services
• Experience of using one or more source control system systems (preferably Git)
• Working experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, APIM
• Experience of PowerShell Scripting
• Continuous Integration with ARM Templates
• Test Driven Development
• Working in Agile Scrum Teams
• Working with SOLID Principles
• Experience working in a fast-paced Agile development environment as part of a cross-functional team that is working with a TDD and BDD approach
• Designing and creating reusable components with an appreciation for creating SOA
