Application Support Developer - Full remote UK-based/Southwest England- £30k-£40k

Our client a tech consultancy with over 20 years of experience in developing data solution software, are looking for an Application Support Developer to work in their office with some flexibility with remote working .

You will be working closely with the Lead Support Developer and Support manager, mostly bug fixing and supporting the Development team on project work, working through 3^rd line support calls, support tickets and emails.

We are looking for an individual who is friendly and outgoing as this is a sociable environment with lots of office activities and staff events. This is a great roe for an experienced app support developer or Junior Developer who wants exposure to lots of different projects and technologies.

Essential skills

• Experience in Call handling and tracking software.
• Commercial experience in but not limited to C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL, Reporting services, MVC JavaScript. With a expand tech skills
• Experience in technical analysis and an ability to capture requirements accurately.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Working with and collaborating with client and you team to share knowledge and delivery consistent solutions.
