We are looking for a Senior Front-end developer for our client based in West London to work on their award-winning and innovative website. You will be working alongside a team with over 100 years of combined experience, using various technologies to evolve the platform and provide real business benefit.

This is an ideal role for someone who is currently a Senior and has ambitions to progress to a Team Lead or an already experienced Lead Engineer. My client is offering part remote and part on-site when things go back to normal.

Vital Skills

• Strong experience developing React single-page JavaScript applications (we would also consider people from other modern JS frameworks)
• Experience working with APIs, especially RESTful data services.
• Excellent code reading and technical understanding.
• Good knowledge and understanding of design principles and patterns.
• Relationship builder
• HTML5 & CSS

Desired Skills

• Experience developing full-stack applications using NodeJS.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering
• CSS design with SASS
• NodeJS API Development
• Test driven development with any JS test framework
• Experience with NextJS, SSR, JAMStack, etc
• Experience with other languages
