Website Product Owner - Industry Leader - Hybrid - up to £85,000 benefits!

About the Job

We're looking for an experienced Product owner to take on the challenge of maintaining, improving and innovating with the company website. In this position, you will be required to push the boundaries, research, and improve key metrics on the company website, using your existing experience and expertise to suggest and implement new ideas that will revolutionise the company's online presence. You'll be working with a team of developers and marketing specialists, so you'll need to be able to communicate with and understand both departments, keeping projects coherent and on track.

You will be a proactive candidate, someone who can take the reins of both the theory and the practical elements of a PO. You'll be passionate about change and innovation, aiming to sink your teeth into a project that grants you ownership, accountability, and the chance to really make a difference at the forefront of the company. Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the responsibilities of a PO with demonstrable success in similar website-oriented positions.
  • Demonstrable success when implementing new ideas to improve key website metrics and output.
  • Great communication skills, ability to communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Eye for design, able to understand UI principles and contribute educated ideas for the website development.
  • Able to speak on behalf of all teams and roadmap effectively, with consideration to limitations and resources.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks accurately and in line with company standards
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are comprehensive and understood across the business.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams, supporting them on day-to-day task
  • Testing of systems and models against requirements
  • Contribute your expertise and ideas to projects, suggesting solutions for the website.
