UX/UI Design Global Team Lead.

UX/UI Design Global Team Lead - Bristol - Stock Options - Onsite - £60,000-£70,000 per annum

I am working with a sports based analytical, data and consultancy company who cover a variety of sports, media and betting companies. They are industry leaders at what they do and need a Design professional to help organise and manage their growing team of designers whilst bringing fresh new ideas to the business.

They have people based all over the world and they are currently processing 600 matches/games per week!!

The Role:

• Managing all levels of designers from Junior to Senior
• Look at the growth and success of the team
• Working closely with Engineers to design and build industry leading products
• Still partly hands on this role from a design aspect
• Look at bring in new hires when required based on what you see in the team
• Lots of autonomy and responsibility

Experience:

• Strong across UX and UI Design
• Experience hiring team members
• Experience working on Global projects with Global Teams
• Enjoy sport in particular Football
• Set up Design teams in the past
• Coaching and Mentoring experience
• Hiring and On-boarding teams members in the past
