UX Product Designer | 8% Bonus | Heavy UX Focus | £45,000-£50,000 | Build out your own team

I am working with a specialist consultancy who need a strong Mid weight UX Product Designer who wants to move into a more Senior Role and build out a team underneath them over the next 12 months. You will also get the chance to implement design processes and strategy whilst working across brand new and existing web and mobile web projects.

They are doing a 2 stage interview process and offering a salary of £45,000-£50,000 8% bonus.

The Opportunity:

• Help drive and shape Product (UX/UI) Design within the business and drive product strategy
• Be the voice of design
• In time build out your own team underneath you and move into a more senior role
• Chance to work across multiple products
• Add value to a well known sizeable business
• Implement design strategy and process
• Work on brand new and existing products

Skill:

• Strong UX Skills
• Good understanding of the full design life cycle
• Aspirations to be a Senior/Lead Designer and build teams
• Experience working on several web products
