Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant at develop
Our clients and candidates come first.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients who require technology staffing needs
• Find and place highly skilled IT professionals to meet your client
• Become a specialist in your chosen market
• The ability to show resilience in the face of adversity
• Understanding the full recruitment life cycle
