Technology Enterprise Architect - up to £130K - Hybrid

develop is collaborating with a Tier 1 Bank undergoing a significant transformation in the services provided to customers, with technology playing a pivotal role in driving this change.

This transformation represents an exciting shift towards an agile environment, and we are investing in establishing a new in-house engineering capability to spearhead this evolution. As such, we are seeking forward-thinking and innovative IT professionals who are eager to join us at the inception of this journey and help shape the future of banking.

Your Impact: Craft and refine the portfolio's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap. You'll define and communicate our overarching technical architecture, for new and emerging technologies, and respond to industry trends and opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include balancing outcomes and stakeholder aspirations, you'll collaborate with Guild architects, navigate cutting-edge design and platforms like Cloud, AI, and Big Data. You'll advise on applying technologies to meet enterprise objectives and strategic advantages and central to the role is an understanding of the connection between technology shifts and business priorities.

Your Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strategic thinking, with the ability to operate across architectural domains, including Business and Technology, within the client's environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as Windows desktop and server, Citrix products, MS Defender, Intune, Entra ID/Identity, VDI, SDI

• Proficiency in defining and evolving architectures, patterns and solutions covering the technologies which empower and enable partners to support and service our customers; in branches, contact centres, and head office locations
• Ability to craft and deliver technology vision and strategy connected to business goals
• Strong technology standards development and governance expertise
