Technical Product Manager | On-site (Cheshire) | Up to £90k benefits

 

About the Job

I am looking for a well-seasoned Technical Product Manager to join a high-performing team at a global leader in Cybersecurity. You will be utilising cutting-edge software to manage products that are used by almost 20,000 customers as well as working on additional customer-facing platforms.


About You

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys leading development teams both in day-to-day activities as well as supporting their individual long-term growth. You can look at the bigger picture and prioritise tasks accordingly - not shying away from conflict/difficult decisions.

 

Key skills

  • Proven experience working with Agile software delivery teams (Kanban and Scrum) managing Agile delivery projects in a development environment
  • End-to-end product delivery from analysis to release to customers
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills encouraging a positive, collaborative and ambitions culture
  • Business analysis, requirements scoping/sizing, user story writing


Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the entire product development and delivery process of a key cyber security product including release
  • Business analysis (i.e. epic and story scoping and elaboration)
  • Managing the development team using agile methodologies (inc. daily stand-ups and monthly retros)
  • Maintaining high levels of quality for features as they are developed to ensure they meet requirements
  • Providing regular feedback to the team including individual monthly progress reviews
