Service Delivery Manager.

Service Delivery Manager | SC Eligible | 2 stage process | Mostly remote (1-2 monthly visits) | £50-£60,000

I am working with a small consultancy/agency who have grown 200% over the last 2 years and are continuing that growth.

I need a Service Delivery Manager to work with one of their most strategic customers on a major project of theirs and be the go to person around Service Delivery.

They are doing a 2 stage process, its mostly remote, as a minimum needed once a month for client meetings in the office and they are offering £50,000-£60,000 per annum.

MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR SC CLEARANCE

The Role:

• Requirement around service documentation
• • Creation and architecture of service operating manuals
  • Documentation for the respective technologies
  • On going maintenance of those documents
• Reporting
  
  • Monthly service reviews with the client
  • Monthly reporting deck
  • Update and top up the reporting deck for monthly meetings
• Service improvements

Skills:

• Good Service Delivery knowledge
• Background in Telco would put you in good steed
• Experienced working with clients
• Strong reporting ability
• Happy presenting back to clients with updates and news
