Senior UX Researcher.

Scale up | Series B $30 million | Looking to get to 200 heads | Senior UX Researcher | £65,000-£75,000

I am working with a scale up who are performing very well. Since November they have gone from 90 to 120 heads and looking to push towards 200 across several different areas of technology.

Product and Design are playing a huge part in this group and they are looking for a strong UX Researcher to own this area of the business, help improve current processes, change, implement new processes and in the future move into a more Lead role and grow out the team.

The role is mostly remote, only needed in the office when required or you can go in a few times a week, they are very flexible on that. They are based near Waterloo/Vauxhall.

2 stage interview process and offering a salary of £65,000-£75,000 per annum

Skills & Role:

• Mar tech experience would be amazing not essential
• Saas experience would also be fantastic
• Create and execute research plans using both qualitative and quantitative research
• Cross functional teams and set up
• Working in an agile environment
• Used to working with devs, product, AI (bonus)
• Experience implementing UX Research processes and understanding the value of them
