As the Senior UI Lead, you will:

• Craft engaging and intuitive digital design experiences that empower members to achieve their fitness and health goals.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of multi-channel digital experiences and the transformative impact of robust design within those contexts.
• Collaborate closely with UX, leveraging design research to shape product directions that align with user needs.
• Drive discovery activities alongside Product Managers, utilizing insights to envision product enhancements.
• Partner with Brand and Marketing to ensure our designs mirror and embody our identity, values, and purpose.
• Foster and evolve our design system, ensuring its timely progression and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Skillfully communicate and present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Develop high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes, facilitating smooth handovers to developers.
• Continuously assess and optimize our end-to-end experiences, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Innovate our design processes, integrating best practices and cutting-edge tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 4 years of UI design experience.
• Deep understanding of essential UI design principles and best practices.
• Passion for design methodologies, processes, and techniques.
• Proficiency in visual design and accessibility standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing high-quality mobile and desktop designs.
• Proven track record in mobile app design, including native environments (iOS/Android).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Marvel, Zeplin, Photoshop, and Principle (or equivalent).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Capable of both independent and collaborative work within cross-functional teams.
• Positive attitude, resilient in the face of challenging feedback, and adaptable when iterating designs.
• High standards for quality and a keen understanding of excellent work.
• Self-motivated, energetic, charismatic, and a team player with a proactive approach.
• Demonstrated bias for action and resourcefulness.

Hybrid Working Model:

• Onsite presence 2 days a week in Croydon.

Compensation:

• Salary expectations: £50,000-£57,000 (ideal range around £55,000).
