Scrum Master (12 Month Contract).

Scrum Master | 12 Month Contract | INSIDE IR35 | £380-£400 per day | Global Tech Company

I am working with one of it not the biggest tech and electronics company in the world and they need a strong Scrum Master to join a growing team with 3 years experience across Scrum, Agile etc. This role will be an initial 12 months working on a hybrid basis with a maximum of 3 days a week in the office.

This role is an initial 12 month contract, Inside IR35 and offering a day rate of £380-£400 per day.

The Role:

• Working on the agile delivery team
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Identifying areas of improvement for the Delivery Team and enable them to implement planned change
• Managing full end-to-end projects with the business
• Produce an environment of change for the team.

Skills/Experience:

• Strong understanding of Scrum
• Strong Understanding of AGILE and what it means
• Understanding the effects of your decision making and why certain processes are in place
• Knowledge of Kanban
• Used to a fast paced environment

They are interviewing as soon as they find the right person. It will be a 2 stage interview process.

As a reminder it is an initial 12 months @ £380-£400 per day INSIDE IR35
