Project Manager (Healthcare, Infrastructure, Vendor Management, Digital) - £55k - Hybrid

Currently recruiting for a Permanent project manager for my tech for good client who are a leader in the manufacturing of products used in the Healthcare space are looking for a Project Manager (Healthcare, Infrastructure, Vendor Management, Digital) to join their team on a hybrid basis in their Abingdon office - 2 to 3 days a week.

The business has launched several technology and business change initiatives so is in need of a safe pair of hands to deliver a number of projects that fall in line with the organisation's strategy. The Project Manager (Healthcare, Infrastructure, Vendor Management, Digital) will work with a diverse group of teams and be required to build long-lasting relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

With that said, some of the projects that are currently in flight are a mixture of digital (website transformation) and also infrastructure changes, focusing on O365 so you will have plenty to of projects to start delivering on.

The ideal candidate will need to come from a broad background and have ideally worked in a healthcare / product based business.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance projects and cultivate synergy across various departments.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Skillfully communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Monitoring & Control: Regularly assess project progress, making necessary adjustments to maintain alignment with objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and execute strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables adhere to established quality standards, including compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation reflecting project status, milestones achieved, and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to elevate project efficiency.
