Project Manager/BA Team Lead

I'm looking for a Project Manager/BA Team Lead to join my team! My client is an IT company who provides software development services for some of the world's biggest suppliers in the online gaming world.

I'm looking for someone who has BOTH Business Analyst and Project Management experience. This is your opportunity to be part of the leading software house in the online gaming world.

The role is permanent, fully remote and it comes with a salary range of £60,000-£65,000.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the service across the organisation
• Manage the risk of operating the service
• Lead a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers
• Undertake in the continuous planning for the service future
• Lead, manage, coach and motivate members of the team
• Serve as the point of escalation of any incidents

We are looking for someone who:

• Has worked as both a Project Manager and a Business Analyst
• Has previously worked with testers
• Has experience of running big projects and implementing Agile into an organisation
• Is flexible, a self-starter and can motivate others easily
• Understands APIs and has technical knowledge

It is a 2/3-stage interview process.

Again, this role is permanent, fully remote and it comes with a salary range of £60,000-£65,000.
