Project Manager (BI, Digital, A.I)

A market leading Business Intelligence company are looking for a talented Project Manager (BI, Digital, A.I) to join a growing team in London. The Project Manager (BI, Digital, A.I) you will be responsible for managing day to day relationships with key clients, advising and supporting them on transformational web development, BI and occasionally email marketing projects to help increase customer engagement and optimise their operations.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager (BI, Digital, A.I):

• Manage a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for successfully delivering against clients' requirements and ensuring the profitability of all projects you are responsible for
• Taking a lead in clients' projects and ensuring the right digital solutions to meet their needs
• Working with the strategy team and client team to provide the utmost level of client service and maximising revenue opportunities.
• Project management of web development (front and back end) and BI projects including cost, quality, and client happiness
• Define and help implement technical solutions such as automated processes, customer journeys and API integrations that fully meet the needs of our customers
• Communicate client needs to our internal and external developers to ensure we deliver high quality projects that meet and exceed clients' expectations

Essential requirements for the Responsibilities for the Project Manager (BI, Digital, A.I):

• Strong experience in a client facing role, developing, and maintaining existing relationships, onboarding new clients, and handling escalations
• Proven experience managing clients and projects including web development and BI projects according to an agreed time, quality, and budget requirements
• Knowledge of how to accurately scope and price client projects, ensuring profitability and delivery to time and budget
• Running discovery and scoping workshops with multiple stakeholders
• Strong, dynamic, client facing, hands-on project delivery experience
• Proficient in Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies
• Hands-on experience using a BI tool such as Tableau, PowerBI or Sisense
• Some knowledge and experience of BI dashboards, ESP platforms and API, HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be an advantage
