Product Designer.

Product Designer - Hybrid/Stafford - Up to £55k benefits

I am looking for a skilled Product Designer to join a well-established team at a global supplier who are going through an exciting period of growth and looking to further expand their technical team!

You will be contributing to their entire lifecycle of projects, playing an active role in forming the direction of the design team and championing user-centred design.

This is a business that challenges bureaucratic ways of working and instead promote creativity and growth. These are the requirements:

• A full portfolio showcasing you UX and UI skills
• A strong background in delivering new features
• Experience building internal and customer-facing products
• Experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems

Interview process:

• 15 minute call - for you to get a feel for the company and vice-versa
• 60 minute call - technical lead interview to talk through previous experience
• 30 minute call - culture chat with HR and another team member
