We are looking for a skilled Principal/Lead Business Analyst to join a leading consultancy and become a part of a well-respected company. This is a chance to work on some of the biggest programs from our global network of over 100 offices, utilising your expertise to ensure clients fully benefit from their assets.

About You

The ideal candidate will lead the team and provide expert business analysis on a portfolio of projects. You must be a strong and ambitious business analyst, eager to take advantage of this opportunity. You should have experience working on a variety of digital and data technical projects and possess a solid understanding of Agile methodology and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced and dynamic change team.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of relevant subjects such as Maths, Geography, Engineering, and/or economics
  • Proven track record of developing creative solutions to business issues
  • Strong communication abilities and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading teams and competent in positions of additional responsibility
  • Data-driven approach to business analysis, working with data analysts to produce results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete tasks in line with company standards
  • Communicate with clients and address issues, providing solutions
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams, supporting them in day-to-day tasks
  • Test systems and models against requirements
  • Contribute your expertise and ideas to projects
  • Effectively analyse and interpret data to produce results.
