Currently recruiting for a contract Portfolio Manager - Cyber Security

Dublin 2 days a week!

This role will have a primary focus on managing the cyber security portfolio.

The organization operates in a dynamic environment with ever-changing threats, business requirements, technology landscape, and regulatory demands.

It is crucial to adapt their cyber security defences to safeguard personal data, operational systems, and valuable corporate information, including intellectual property, financial data, and market-sensitive data.

As a key member of the team, you will play a central role in designing, developing, and implementing information technology solutions that enhance the security of their products, services, operations, and overall business performance, thus safeguarding their reputation.

Required Skills:

• Comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle and delivery, with a focus on enterprise-level environments
• Strong knowledge of agile design and development methodologies
• Proven track record in driving the delivery of Cyber Security and other programs
• Continuously staying updated with the latest security technologies, trends, and threats
• Experience working within a cyber management framework, such as NIST
• Demonstrated experience in implementing portfolios with a minimum budget of €5 million
• Expertise in leading complex transformation projects

Key responsibilities & duties include:

• Prioritize Portfolio Epics and define MVP in collaboration with stakeholders
• Synchronize business priorities, considering dependencies and constraints
• Ensure stakeholders have access to necessary management information
• Report based on agreed KPIs in the Lean Business Case
• Prepare Lean Business Cases with cross-functional teams
• Maximize cross-team collaboration for value delivery
• Align delivery execution with strategy and Agile Release Train
• Lead Delivery Managers for strong business outcomes
• Foster an "efficiency first" culture in delivery management
• Establish a clear vision and responsive roadmap for the Portfolio Value Stream
• Partner with senior leadership to align demand with corporate objectives
• Produce a Portfolio Vision that addresses customer needs and benefits the organization
