We're working with a fast-growing education services company - looking to build their project management office. Providing all kinds of institutions with professional education services, including language, leadership to online enablement and general support services. You'll be joining the PMO to manage finances and improve efficiency across the business.

About You
You will be an experienced PMO finance analyst, with a strong understanding of the principles of finance, and the ability to organise and interpret financial data, improving process and efficiency across the department. You'll have experience roadmapping, working with internal and external stakeholders, and enjoy crunching the numbers and solving complex problems.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in PMO analyst position.
  • Experience in finance, understanding PNL, forecasting, budgeting, and invoice management
  • Good with numbers, able to organise numerical data and strong mathematical skills
  • Meticulous approach to analysis with a strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly invoice management and forecasting
  • Financial analyse and organisation
  • Budgeting
  • Accountability and ownership for the state of finances of the PMO
