A leading retail organisation are looking for a highly skilled PMO Analyst (Retail, Consultancy, PMO) to join an expanding project team in London. The PMO Analyst (Retail, Consultancy, PMO) will provide expert support within the PMO function whilst picking up the necessary skills to progress and achieve.

Responsibilities for the PMO Analyst (Retail, Consultancy, PMO):

• Management of the programme PMO mailbox - appropriately delegating to members of the programme team
• Prepare Programme level reports for meetings / boards, and other documents as required in the programme reporting cycle
• Attending the programme Steering Committee and capturing minutes including documenting actions and decisions
• Ensuring the central RAID is up to date
• Ensuring all necessary reports are collated and issued to appropriate audiences in a timely manner
• Reviewing and collating workstream status reports into the programme status report for the programme director
• Managing the recruitment of the transformation programme

Requirements for the PMO Analyst (Retail, Consultancy, PMO):

• Experience of PMO and/or project management (Essential)
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management (Essential)
• Must be a confident communicator (Essential)
• Must be highly organised (Essential)
• Must be able to appropriately manage stakeholders (Essential)
