As an original member of our software development team, you will have a pivotal role in shaping this company, the products and overall vision. Your responsibilities will encompass the following:

Joining in the early stages of the start-up journey and leveraging your unique skills and interests to contribute effectively. Contributing to the construction of a ground breaking technological foundation for 21st-century financial technology, while also participating in the architectural design process. Collaborating closely with our technology team and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in computer science (or equivalent) or are in the advanced stages of pursuing such a degree.
• Thrive in an agile work environment and embody a proactive "getting things done" mindset.
• Driven by creativity, novel concepts, and an innate curiosity regarding the latest technological advancements.
• Proficient in backend or app development, with a solid understanding of scalable software architecture, microservices, Java/Kotlin, or Javascript.
• Building frontend applications using Flutter.
• Ideally, have familiarity with CI/CD tools, Hibernate, and Docker.
• Display a strong interest in fintech and exhibit excellent communication skills in both German and English.
