Lead UX/UI Designer.

Lead UI/UX Designer | Sports Sector | Mostly Remote | £65,000-£72,000 | Product Redesign

I am working with the leading sports book company who are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to remain hands on whilst managing a team of 3-4 designers. You will be owning products across all platforms. This role does require you has management experience but as a design team they are looking to double in size and you will have a chance to build out and grow your own team!!

They are doing a 2 stage interview process and are asking you to come into their Ipswich office once a week or a few times a month. They are offering a salary of £65,000-£72,000 per annum.

They are aiming to have the best product in the market and you will be playing a major part in that and driving that product forward.

The Role:

1. You will be leading a Team of 3-4 designers with the task to grow it out even mroe
2. You will remain hands on across UX and UI Design
3. Working on rebranding and re designing one of the leading sportsbooks in the world
4. Strong opportunities to learn and expand your skill set as a leader
5. As team grows continually more into a more snr position
6. Strong collaboration skills with engineers, product, BAs etc

Skills:

1. Strong Visual design skills
2. Experience with Adobe, Sketch and or Figma - they are about to bring in Figma across the business
3. Worked in collaborative environments before
4. Led design teams no matter what size is rather crucial
