Lead Product Designer - Start up - Hospitality Industry - £90,000-£110,000

I am working with an awesome start up who are looking at supporting Students and the Hospitality industry. They need a Lead Product Designer to overhaul their design function, introduce processes, strategy and help the team and Product Grow.

Skills & the Role:

• Experience working across both web and native applications
• Experience Leading Teams
• Experience taking a product from ideation through to conception
• Strong across both UX and UI and worked on all platforms
• Worked on B2C products
• Used to working closely with engineering and product teams
• Part Remote role - 2/3 days per week in the office
• Cultural fit is also important not just skill set

This role provides someone a great opportunity to stamp their authority on a small successful and growing business. Create a design function that works, create strong relationships with the wider business and the engineering teams.

As a reminder they are offering a salary of £90,000-£110,000
