Head of PMO | Hybrid working | London | £75,000-85,000 10% Bonus

I am working with a long standing client of mine who are after a Head of PMO, either someone that has been a Head of before or a strong Lead PMO looking to make that jump into a head of role.

They are doing a quick and streamlined interview process starting ASAP and offering a salary of £75,000-£85,000 per annum 10% bonus. .

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Global Strategy Director driving a young and talented PMO team
• Looking after a team of 3 with the aim to double that to 6
• Working on global products and understands difference markets
• Enjoys managing a team and understands the impact of their decisions and WHY certain decisions are being made

Experience & Skill set

• Experience in mentoring, guidance and leading
• Strong within the PMO space and can hit the ground running
• Want someone who created process, understood it, managed it and implemented that solution
• Execute the business vision and solution
