Head of Design & Research.

Head of Design & Research | 9 Month FTC | Fully Remote | £95,000-£112,000 per annum

I am working with a company who need a Head of Design & Research for a 9 month FTC. You will pick up 6 direct reports and need to have experience leading design and research teams previously whilst being comfortable being hands to support when required and add value from a design perspective.

You Primary focus is more on the leadership side due to the 6 reports who vary in seniority from Leads to Juniors/Mids.

Focus during the role

• Leadership qualities and understanding
• Past experience running, managing, coaching, leading teams
• Experience running projects fully end to end
• Strong research knowledge
• Still hands on and comfortable with end to end design

This role is fully remote, an initial 9 months, they are doing a 2 stage process and offering a salary of £95,000-£112,000 per annum (pro rata).

Fully remote UK or Spain based and no SPONSORSHIP is on offer for this role.
