Head of Business Architecture & Analysis - £70,000-80,000

I am working with a Global Consultancy who need a strong Head of Architecture & Business Analysis to come in and build out the architecture for the team and create a structure that works for the business. The team is currently 25 but you will decide how the team forms moving forward. This is a great opportunity to put your mark on a large organisation and have a major say how this area of the business functions and goes about its work.

They are doing a 2 stage interview process commencing ASAP and offering a salary of £70,000-£80,000 Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the BA function within the company across a wide Product Portfolio
  • Establish Business Architecture strategy at an enterprise level
  • Owning the BA function
  • Ensuring Product and strategies are delivered from a requirements perspective
  • Working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Identify any risks and insure the analysis and architecture is in place to deal with them
  • Ensure the team adhere to best practices and standards
  • Work well with the wider Product and tech team

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have experience Leading/Managing teams in the past
  • Strong experience with Business Architecture not just Business Analysis
  • Comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience working in a complex, data heavy, technology enabled organisation in either the public or commercial sector
  • Experience driving and assisting in delivery against product and business strategies
  • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies such as Scrum & Kanban
  • BDD
  • Microsoft SQL server knowledge
  • Azure Environments
  • Technical Architecture Background

This role is fully remote and offering a salary of £70,000-£80,000 per annum benefits and they are doing a quick 2 stage interview process.
