Basic -Salary: UP TO £25K PLUS COMMISSION and OTE of £45K in Year 1

Are you about to / have you recently graduated university and looking to establish a successful high paying career? If so, then this role is for you!

The role:

  • It is a full 360 role, liaising with clients and candidates
  • Generate new business with both new and existing clients, and generating leads
  • Working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, we are looking for someone who has uncompromisable standards, is driven, resilient and professional.
  • You will become an expert in your market, learning how to code within your chosen language and promoting Develop's brand to the highest level.
  • You will also be generating candidates, writing adverts, screening responses from candidates, assessing candidates, organising interviews, and filling in daily admin for the companies CRM
  • You will be set targets and expected to achieve KPI's
  • Bringing onboard new clients and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiating, influencing, and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome.

  • Any experience in sales role is desirable but not essential!
