  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical business alerts and mitigate incidents.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3 years of experience with GCP, including exposure to Google Big Query.
  • Strong understanding of cloud solution design, with a focus on security and automation.
  • Familiarity with automated deployment/orchestration tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Rundeck.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Experience with configuration management platforms like Ansible.
  • Thorough knowledge of logging and observability tools such as Operations (formerly Stackdriver), Honeycomb, New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Comfortable with programming/scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Personable, approachable, and enthusiastic about adopting new technologies and techniques.
  • Ability to articulate solutions conforming to agreed standards and challenge proposed solutions where necessary.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with hybrid cloud/on-premise solutions and networking.
  • Familiarity with Apigee, GKE, or Google Anthos.
  • Knowledge of monitoring/observability, logging, and alerting platforms such as Logic Monitor, Honeycomb, and PagerDuty.
