First Line Support Role. £30k - hybrid role.
2 days in office 3 days remote.
Would you like to be a part of one of the UK's largest retailers? You will be a joining an innovative and exciting business on a hybrid basis where you can work mostly from home.
The First Line Support role means that you will be the first port of call when customers need assistance. You will need to know the brand and their values as well as having a calm and collected temperament when talking with customers.
Responsibilities for the First Line Support role:

  • Qualifying and documenting the problems raised by customers relating to everyday support issues. For example, FAQs and common difficulties.
  • Responsible for handling support of service requests which relate to all technology including workstations, servers, printers, networks.
  • Troubleshooting of IT related problems from software to hardware such as iPhones, Laptops and PCs.
  • Aim to solve time-sensitive queries at a sensible pace so that customers can continue with their day as soon as possible.

Skill set for the First Line Support role:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills including excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and perform well under pressure.


  • Experience working with Office 365, Windows and/or Exchange.
