We're seeking a driven individual to join our client's team as a Junior Tech Support & Service Desk Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on internal products, gain exposure to testing and programming, and potentially contribute to project management (PMO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tech support and service desk assistance for internal products.
  • Collaborate with the team on product testing and basic programming tasks.
  • Support project management initiatives as needed.


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Higher education qualifications in technology (degree, courses or certifications)
  • Some experience in tech support, development or QA is a plus, but not required.
