Digital Business Analyst (fully remote, UK based, full right to work in the UK needed due to Security Clearance)

I am currently working with a global consultancy who are looking for a talented Business Analyst for very interesting part of the business who provide mission critical command and control software to the Emergency Services globally.

As a Business Analyst you will work with Product Managers / Owners and other key stakeholders to effectively analyse business requirements, both functional and non-functional and build product backlogs to enable development teams to deliver product changes within defined product release cycles.

You will be involved in the end-to-end software development lifecycle from product idea to releasable software, following Agile / SCRUM principles, working closely with the development team.

The role is fully remote, UK based, offering a salary range of £40000-£45000 per annum.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment working closely with product managers, owners, developers, and testers to build a product backlog for delivering product changes
• Working experience of software development processes, within an Agile SCRUM environment
• Ability to create effective relationships across the business and influence, negotiate and resolve conflict with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written, visually and verbally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leading workshops to gather requirements
• Demonstrate understanding of client / server solutions and software architecture
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
