My client a leading B2C business is looking to engage with experinaced Desktop Support Analyst (Windows, O365, Troubleshooting, MAC, MS Teams / Zoom) to join their growing team onsite in their Surrey office .

 

As the Desktop Support Analyst (Windows, O365, Troubleshooting, MAC, MS Teams / Zoom) you will be joining the core IT team and be responsible for over 150 users from several department, this will also include VIP's

 

To be a successful Desktop Support Analyst (Windows, O365, Troubleshooting, MAC, Del) you will need to have strong customer service and communication skills as you will be required to liaise closely with all levels of business and technical colleagues.

  • Proactive maintenance and reporting to ensure the AV environment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly
  • Provide reactive deskside support across the campus
  • Provide live event support when necessary
