Delivery Lead - IGaming - Regulated Envionment.

Our successful and leading IGaming client are looking for a Delivery Lead to be a pivotal contributor to their delivery function, Delivery Leads play a crucial role in ensuring the realization of all our roadmaps.

Your responsibility extends to positioning their customers for optimal game releases and market success. Juggling multiple deliveries concurrently, the Delivery Lead meticulously plans the necessary tasks and guides a team of Delivery Executives in executing functions to ensure timely and top-notch content delivery.

Collaboration with both the studio and the customer underscores the significance of this dynamic role, offering challenges and rewards in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities for the delivery lead:

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Delivery and US/EU account managers to meticulously plan and coordinate all functions and milestones required by customers to achieve the agreed roadmap.
• Review and approve all delivery briefs before they enter the studio, ensuring each brief contains the necessary information for a seamless journey through the studio.
• Ensure precise scoping of all platforms, with clear and concise documentation of requirements understood and implemented by all teams.
• Work in conjunction with department heads and other Delivery Leads to maintain uniformity in delivery processes and documentation, ensuring full and accurate implementation.
• Prioritize tasks and projects as needed.
• Conduct daily stand-ups with the team to address blockers, track milestones, and provide progress feedback to the Head of Delivery.
• Foster effective communication between teams and individuals, ensuring thorough discussion, agreement, and documentation of project updates and changes.
• Propose updates to processes or tools that may enhance the efficiency of the delivery process.
• Contribute to building a comprehensive repository of documentation detailing each game delivered, along with specific functionality and requirements for all operators and platforms.

What we are looking for in a Delivery Lead

• Previous experience in the IGaming or Gambling sector or a highly regulated environment like banking/finance etc.
• Proficient in effectively tracking and managing multiple deliveries concurrently.
• Capable of comprehending the overarching scope of deliveries and collaborating with colleagues to facilitate successful outcomes.
• Adept at communicating project status clearly and precisely to both internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Skilled in managing external stakeholders concerning deliveries, roadmaps, future planning, and strategy.
• Competent in risk management, prioritization, and decision-making to ensure successful delivery.
• Effective collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team to devise solutions and maintain project timelines.
• Demonstrates foresight and confidence in recommending improvements, advocating for process changes, and contributing innovative ideas for continuous team and business enhancement.
• Exemplifies meticulous attention to detail.
